Delivery and Returns

Delivery

 

Orders totaling more than €75 before VAT will qualify for free delivery within Ireland.

 

Office and Ink will endeavour to deliver the Products to you within 2-7 working days of your account order, where this is practical. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

 

If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and refuse to accept the products. In these circumstances, we will refund any money paid by you for those products and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those products. At the time of delivery you may be required to validly sign-off on the delivery of the products, after which time the products become your sole responsibility.

 

Delivery Address

 

Delivery address can be changed with each order. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before checking out.

- Express Delivery

 

We aim to despatch all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. Parcels should then reach you within 2 - 7 working days of leaving our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days.

 

Registered delivery/delivery overseas

 

Registered delivery will require a signature before the parcel can be delivered.

 

Late Delivery

 

In the unlikely event that after 14 working days you have still not received your order, please email us at info@officeandink.ie details of the goods that you have ordered. Please quote your invoice number. This appears on screen when you order and also on your order confirmation email.
